Marina del Rey is one of the largest small craft harbors in the world and has been the backdrop for movies and television shows from Gilligan’s Island to Baywatch. Modeled after Italy’s Venice, the beautiful Venice Grand Canals are only a half-block walk from the condos. At the Venice Beach boardwalk, you can find portrait artists, muscle men, and snake charmers. Local restaurants and shops are within walking distance in this clean, safe neighborhood.

Marina del Rey is 15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), ten minutes from Santa Monica, 30 minutes from the Getty Museum, and 45 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios, and Disneyland.
